Patrick Ismail Environmental Educator for Wild Nature Institute
Patrick Ismail is an Environmental Educator implementing the Celebrating Africa's Giants' education program for Wild Nature Institute and the 'Living in Harmony With Your Natural Surroundings' program for PAMS Foundation in primary and secondary schools throughout the Tarangire-Manyara Ecosystem. He works out of the Wild Nature Institute's Mtowambu field office. Patrick has a degree in Wildlife and Tourism Management from Mweka College of African Wildlife Management. Born in the Rukwa region of southern Tanzania, Patrick has developed impactful programs for schools, emphasizing hands-on learning to foster environmental awareness with a focus on trees and forests. Collaborating with other organizations on projects such as Lessons in Conservation and Asilia’s Twende Porini, Patrick has reached more than 10,000 young people, established environmental clubs, and led clean-up initiatives across Tanzania.
